Our Mission
Our mission is to "democratize PR." We want to support businesses that continue to create good things and good things, because we no longer live in an age where just making good things sells. We are a general incorporated association whose purpose is to harness the power of young people to realize a peaceful and sustainable society.
Money is needed to carry out projects to solve social problems. We do not only rely on donations, but also on the idea of cross-sector benefit, which develops and circulates projects to achieve our goals, by balancing three centers: a benefit center (profit-making project), a cost center (social problem-solving project), and a social experiment center that conducts social experiments.
For society to be sustainable, our organization must be sustainable. We do not rely on donations or grants, but rather run our business and organization by providing services and receiving payment for them. We prohibit the distribution of surplus funds and have established a board of directors and auditors, so we are a non-profit general incorporated association = "business income type NPO". Only income generated from profit-making activities is subject to taxation, and membership fees and donations other than profit-making activities are not taxed.

We provide PR consulting and information dissemination support services to help small and medium-sized enterprises and local governments disseminate information.
We are involved in policy planning and recommendations for the next generation of consumers not only as local and national assembly members but also in organizations.
Social Experiments
This is an experimental social business initiative. In addition to running the Sotobo Keizai Shimbun as an experiment in local media to improve the ability of the local community to disseminate information, we are also working on community cafes, Good Neighbors, and utilizing unused land resources as social experiments depending on the project. In the future, we plan to continue experimenting with how to create sustainable businesses that are better for society in collaboration with educational institutions.
Why did we establish the company as a general incorporated association rather than a joint stock company?

私たちは、非営利企業です。営利企業も非営利企業も様々な課題を解決するためにビジネスをしています。営利企業は会社の構成員や（投資家）株主の利潤を追求しますが、非営利企業は社員により意思決定され社会的ベネフィットを追求しています。売上から経費（給料・事業費・一般管理費等）を引いた金額を株主や構成員に還元するか、社会的使命のために活用するかが大きな違いです。
私たちは社会の持続可能性のためには組織の持続可能性も大切だと考えています。そのためには組織運営にも平等性の担保が必要です。株式会社は持ち株数によって議決されます。株数＝議決数となるのが株式会社です。NPO法人と一般社団法人では、ひとり１票の原則があります。
私たちは非営利型の社団法人のため、税法上の収益事業のみ課税され、NPO法人と似た法人形態です。しかし、NPO法人では手続きに時間がかかってしまったりすることと、社会問題を解決するため多角度からアプローチをしていくには、事業の制限が少ない一般社団法人のほうが身動きが取れやすく、また私たちの活動では遊休土地資源の活用事業のように公益的側面と共益的側面の両方を兼ね備えているため一般社団法人として立ち上げました。助成金・寄付・会費になるべく頼らず自主事業収入によりNPO活動を行うことがテーマのひとつではありますが、実際に助成金や、寄付、会費等を通じてご支援とご協力をいただける機会が多く、下記の要件をクリアし、税法上の収益事業のみ課税されています。

一般社団法人は人が資本となり社会的な使命を達成するための法人です。非営利とは余剰金の分配を行わないのであって、寄付や発起人等の財産などで豊富に財源があるNPO以外はサービスによる対価として売上を上げ、それを社会的な使命を達成するために使っていくことが求められています。NPO活動と組織運営にはお金と人手が必要です。組織の持続可能な運営のためには仕事に対しての対価・報酬はしっかり払わなければなりません。「人を大切にする法人」として一般社団法人（非営利）が最適と考え一般社団法人として設立しました。
